Please be considerate of COVID-19 restrictions and follow distancing rules and safety measures that have been put in place.  From 17 September, 2021 the restaurant will be open Tuesday to Saturday nights offering two sittings, with the first sitting commencing with bookings at either  6.00 pm or 6.15 p.m.and the second sitting commencing either 7.45 pm or 8.00 p.m..   There is sometimes availability for bookings in between both the sitting times for either larger bookings of 10 or more people and also for bookings of 2 people.  We will do our best to try and accommodation your requests for booking enquiries outside of our sitting times.   Please note that guests dining on the early sitting will be required to vacate the restaurant by no later than 7.30 p.m. to allow preparation for the second sitting to commence.

The Black Bear restaurant has been a long time favourite and well known for its modern Australian and European style of food. Both restaurant and bar, underwent some improvements during 2011 and the atmosphere is alive and buzzing at the Black Bear once again. The cuisine is fresh and uncomplicated and has a subtle European influence. There is a wide choice of Imported and Australian Beers and Schnapps to tempt every ones taste together with an extensive wine list to compliment your experience.
